How to Order

Add all the items you want to the cart. You’ll be able to see in the individual cost as well as the total, so there’s no need to wait around for a quote.

You’ll get an idea of current processing times on the website, which may be extended during busy periods. I’m usually much quicker than the 6 week processing time if proofs can be reviewed relatively quickly.

Once you’ve successfully made payment, you’ll receive an email from me within 24 hours to request your wedding details and any additional colour choices.

It is a form that can be filled in online to make it super simple and secure. Please have all your details ready to speed things up: venue details, menu choices, guest names and/or address, and anything else you might need. Please note that list need to be in a digital format (word, pages, excel, etc) not in an email or as a screenshot.

Within 5 working days of receiving your information I’ll send you the first version of your digital proofs. You’ll then receive up to 2 further rounds of digital proofs to confirm that you are happy with the wording, contents and layout of your invites. Additional rounds are possible but chargeable at £20.

I do not ‘chase’ for feedback on proofs, so please be aware that you will be slowing down the whole process if you don’t confirm them in a timely manner, and I can’t be responsible for any subsequent missed deadlines.

Please proof read your stationery very carefully, and I’d recommend finding a fresh set of eyes to look it over for you. I will do my best to spot any errors but I can’t be held responsible for errors noticed after your stationery has been printed.

Once your proofs have been approved by you, I’ll start to create your stationery, which can take up to four weeks. I’ll give you an update as to when you can expect your stationery to go out for delivery.

I ask you to confirm the delivery address (where someone can be in to sign for it) and you’ll receive the tracking details.
