Your details are used to provide the service you are paying for, eg, Save the Date cards, Invitations. We may also use your details for internal record keeping and follow up requests (reviews), as well as for marketing purposes on social media, this website, in print, shows and exhibitions. If this is the case your personal details will be blanked out. If you are not happy with this please let us know.
As a company we ensure that all personal data taken from phone/email/ messages/ website/ forms is used for our purposes only and is never sold or rented to third party companies.
We do share your data with certain parties to allow us to complete your order. This includes:
1. Square UK as payment processor. 2. Royal Mail/ Couriers to ensure safe delivery of your items and to allow you to track parcels. 3. Google Analytics (cookies) to collect standard information regarding your visit (geographic location, time spent on website, etc.) to deliver our services to you, for marketing purposes, and to personalise your experience.
HOW DOES HBZ KEEP YOUR DATA SECURE?
Best practise guidelines for data handling is followed and using secure SSL technology when information is submitted online. Physical paper information cannot be accessed by unauthorised staff.
HOW LONG DOES HBZ KEEP YOUR INFO?
Your data is stored using a secure cloud based program, and is deleted 3 months after your full service has been completed.
Email correspondence will be kept for up to 1 year once your order has been completed.
Invoices will be kept for 7 years as per HMRC tax legislation purposes.
If you have signed up to the mailing list then your data will be held indefinitely, however, you can unsubscribe at any time and your information will be removed from our system within 7 days.
